The only advice … More I would give with using any roofing contractor is to discuss before hand any problems that might be found after the existing roof is removed. In my case they advised me that all the wood needed to be replaced which almost doubled the price. At that point you really have no options.

They take the time to explain all options and what’s best to protect your home now and in the future. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Crew is very diligent and polite. Not only was the job done to our complete satisfaction, but cleanup was beyond pleasing. I will definitely contact iHome Designs for any other needs in the future. The presales … More were fabulously handled by Val who walked us through the difference design selections and how to select a color scheme that complements the overall aesthetics of the home. Impressed that Mike kept us informed every step of the way from start of the job, to finish. Once job was complete, their cleanup ethics were second to none as they removed all debris no matter how small by walking throughout the property like a search team. Impressive company that did an amazing job. We cannot recommend them enough

Val and his team did roof replacement, skylights replacement and replacement of Fascia & Soffit on my home.
The plan on Fascia and Soffit was repairing four … More damaged spots. Can you imagine how much I was amazed when Val offered free installation of the Fascia and Soffits for whole eaves of my home because they cannot match material for the repair? Fascia and Soffit was 35 years old. Actually I a little bit wondered if they do really free of charge, but they did that in perfect and there was no additional charge on other additional jobs happened through the roof replacement.
I presented him a gift with my sincere appreciation.
This is the first time ever in my life with the contractor who has beautiful mind. I am 68 years old now.

Once we started the project Val, Florian, and their teams were communicative, professional, and kept us involved in every step of the process. Our project ended up being a bit more extensive than initially anticipated. Along the way we were always well informed of our options, but felt supported in our decision making. From the first day of demo, to the final cleanup, we felt extremely comfortable with everyone in the company. My husband and I are thrilled with the outcome of our exterior construction, and we feel confident knowing our 70 year old house is now structurally sound, not to mention stunning!
